Update on Weight Loss Injections – NHS Guidance
You may have heard that the weight loss injections are now being offered through the NHS, however, there are strict eligibility criteria, and currently, no local provision is available until later in 2025. For full details please refer to the NHS Dorset website: Tirzepatide (Mounjaro) – NHS Dorset
As a GP practice, we follow local NHS guidance and are therefore unable to prescribe these injections at this time. We kindly ask that you do not book a GP appointment specifically to request access to these treatments.
We will provide updates as soon as local provision becomes available.
