The aim of this online event is to give you the information to allow you to take control of your heart health.
There will be presentations from Nurse Practitioners, Social Prescribers and Live Well Dorset and we will be providing signposting to services available to help you with the management of your high blood pressure.
Patients attending will be given the opportunity to be entered into a raffle to win a 3 month gym membership with BH Live Active (Terms and conditions apply, new members only).
