If you are housebound please do let us know. We can then add you to our register of housebound patients so that we are aware of your difficulty in coming to surgery. Also, if you haven't been in contact with the surgery for three months or more, we will give you a call just to check that you are ok. If you don't have any health problem but are feeling a little isolated then we can put you in touch with organisations that may be able to help.
